What you can do with Claude and Ezus

The connector is in beta: its features keep evolving, and your feedback shapes what comes next.

Once Ezus is connected to Claude, you can create projects, enrich your catalog or query your business simply by typing your request in plain language. This article presents the most useful use cases, with example requests you can reuse and adapt.

Haven't connected Ezus yet? Follow our guide first ✍️ Connect Ezus to Claude.

The use cases are grouped into two parts:

  • View your data (read-only): available as soon as you connect, with no activation needed. Claude views your data without ever changing it.

  • Create and edit items (write access): requires Ezus to enable write access on your account. If you would like it enabled, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

I. View your data (read-only)

These use cases are available as soon as you connect, with no activation needed. Claude views your Ezus data without ever changing it.

💡 Claude can present its answers as a table and, if you ask, provide the result in an Excel file.

1. Track your sales and invoicing

Get the figures you usually build by hand in a single request: leads received, projects won, invoiced revenue and net margin, by sales manager, agency, client or project.

Example requests

"Export September's sales by sales manager to an Excel file."

"What is my net margin on invoices issued in September, by client?"

"Compare the number of leads received this quarter with the same period last year."

"What is each sales manager's conversion rate since the start of the year?"

Good to know

  • To calculate a conversion rate, Claude asks you which sales stages correspond, in your agency, to a qualified project and a won project.

  • A project is counted in the period in which it was created, at its current sales stage.

  • Invoiced revenue covers the invoices issued during the period, excluding drafts and net of credit notes.

  • Your sales targets are not stored in Ezus: give them to Claude if you want a comparison.

2. Track payments

See in seconds what your clients still owe you and what you still owe your suppliers.

Example requests

"Which client invoices are still awaiting payment?"

"Which confirmed trips in October still have unpaid invoices?"

"Which supplier invoices are due in the next 15 days?"

"List the unpaid supplier invoices for the [project name] project."

3. Prepare your operations

See all the services planned over a period, across all projects, by day, by supplier or by project. Especially handy on the go, from the Claude mobile app!

Example requests

"Which projects leave next week?"

"Which services are not booked yet for departures in the next two weeks?"

"List all the services from the supplier [supplier name] planned for November."

"Give me the list of travelers for the [project name] project with their contact details."

"For the [project name] in SIG mode, which travelers are not assigned to any group yet?"

Good to know

  • A request can cover up to about two months.

  • Claude shows whether a service is ticked as booked, but the box is ticked directly in Ezus.

  • SIG mode: Claude views the groups, their travelers, the services and invoices assigned to them, and anything not yet assigned to a group. Creating groups and assigning travelers and services is done in Ezus.

4. Find information in your projects and catalog

No need to open every record: just ask for the information you need.

Example requests

"Summarize the program for the [project name] project."

"What's missing before I send the quote for the [project name] project?"

"Which transfers do we have in [city] for under €100?"

"Which steps in the catalog include a guided tour in [city]?"

Good to know: questions covering a large number of projects at once, such as the margin on all confirmed trips this month, may take a little longer, as Claude checks the projects one by one.

5. Track your tasks

Get an overview of the tasks to be done, by person, by due date or by project.

Example requests

"What do I have to do this week?"

"Which tasks are overdue on the [project name] project?"

"List the tasks assigned to [colleague's name] for next month."

Good to know: Claude only views the tasks you can see in Ezus. Tasks are created and completed in Ezus.

6. Work across several Ezus accounts

If you use the multi-account feature in Ezus, we recommend adding one connector per account. Claude can then view several accounts in the same conversation and, if write access is enabled, read one account and write to another.

Example requests

"Compare the number of confirmed projects this month between Ezus France and Ezus Spain."

"Copy the supplier [supplier name] from the Ezus France account to the Ezus Spain account." (write access)

Good to know

  • Name each connector after its account (for example "Ezus France") so Claude can easily tell them apart.

  • Each account requires its own API key. Write access must be enabled on the account where Claude needs to create or edit items.

  • The free Claude plan accepts only one custom connector.

II. Create and edit items (write access)

These use cases let Claude create or edit items in your Ezus account. Claude always shows you what it is about to do and waits for your confirmation before saving anything. It never deletes anything.

💡 Activation required. Write access is disabled by default and must be enabled by Ezus on your account. If you would like to use these features, contact your Customer Success Manager or our support team via chat.

1. Create a project from an existing itinerary

Already have an itinerary in a Word document, a PDF or a supplier email? Attach it to your conversation and ask Claude to create the full project in Ezus: steps, services, prices and descriptions.

You can also build a program from your step catalog: Claude inserts catalog steps into the project as Ezus does, with their services and suppliers.

Example request

"Here is the itinerary for our seminar in Lisbon. Create the matching project in Ezus, with the steps, services and prices."

"Build the program for the [project name] project using the catalog steps for [destination]."

Good to know

  • It is much faster when the suppliers in the itinerary already exist in your Ezus catalog. Otherwise, Claude also has to create them, which can take several minutes.

  • Steps inserted from the catalog remain linked to it, as in Ezus. Their content can be adjusted after insertion.

  • With a very large step catalog, the first search can take about a minute. The following ones are immediate.

  • Some information, such as step addresses, still needs to be completed directly in Ezus.

  • Review the project in Ezus before sending it to your client.

2. Design a trip proposal

Claude can build a full itinerary from a simple idea, even for a destination that isn't in your Ezus account. You can also share an itinerary from a ground handler you work with, so Claude uses it as a starting point.

Example requests

"Create a 4-day project for 12 people in Marrakech, arriving in April."

"Suggest a 10-day food-focused trip to Japan for a couple, and create it in Ezus."

⚠️ In this use case, the services, prices and schedules are suggested by Claude and do not come from your Ezus data. Check them, as well as availability with your suppliers, before sending anything to a client.

3. Import your supplier catalog

Attach a supplier Excel file or a rate sheet to your conversation. Claude maps the file's columns to Ezus fields, spots duplicates and price differences with your current catalog, tests about twenty rows first, then imports the rest.

Before writing anything, Claude shows you a comparison between the file and your account, and asks what to do in each case: create, update or skip.

Example request

"Here is the rate sheet for the [hotel name] hotel: add it to the catalog."

Good to know

  • Seasonal prices and prices by group-size tier are supported.

  • For very large files, the import may pause and resume the next day, to stay within the daily usage limit.

4. Update your products and their seasonal prices

Add new products to your suppliers, enter their prices by season or by group-size tier, or prepare next season's prices, without opening each product record.

Example requests

"Add a double room with sea view to the supplier [supplier name], with a high-season price from July 1 to August 31 and a low-season price for the rest of the year."

"Enter the 2027 prices for all products from the supplier [supplier name] using this file."

"Prepare the 2027 season prices for the products of the supplier [supplier name] by applying a 5% increase to the 2026 prices."

"For the [product name] product, add a price of €120 per person for 1 to 3 people and €95 from 4 people."

Good to know

  • Estimated prices are calculated from the rule you give Claude. They still need to be confirmed with your suppliers.

  • Tier prices apply to the default price or to a season. Prices include tax.

  • Catalog changes apply to future projects. Services already in your projects keep their prices until they are synchronized with the catalog in Ezus.

5. Edit your steps in bulk

Apply the same change to many steps in a single request, both in your step catalog and in your project programs.

Example requests

"In the step catalog, rename all steps starting with 'Excursion' to 'Excursion day'."

"In the program for the [project name] project, set all services to 14 people."

"Increase the selling price of all services in the [project name] project by 3%."

Good to know

  • In the step catalog, Claude can change the name, description and headcount of steps, and add services to them.

  • Some operations can only be done in Ezus: moving a step to another date, translating the texts of catalog steps, archiving or deleting a step.

6. Enrich your catalog: descriptions and photos

Claude writes short and long descriptions for your products and suppliers in several languages, and can add photos, up to 50 images in a single request from public links. Your quotes and proposals get richer content, with no manual entry.

Example requests

"Write a short and a long description in French, English and Spanish for the products of the supplier [supplier name]."

"Add photos to the [supplier name] supplier profile from its official website."

⚠️ Only add photos you are authorized to use. Before reusing an image published on a supplier's website, check its terms of use or ask the supplier for permission.

As with any content written by Claude, review the descriptions in Ezus before using them in your documents.

7. Record a payment

Record a payment received from a client (deposit, balance) or a supplier invoice without opening the project. Claude summarizes the operation (project, amount, date) before saving it.

Example requests

"Record a €2,000 deposit on the [project name] project."

"Add the [supplier name] invoice for €3,450 incl. VAT to the [project name] project."

Best practices

  • Be specific. Give the exact name of the project, supplier or client, and the period you are interested in.

  • Go step by step. For a large operation (catalog import, long itinerary), start with one part, check the result, then continue.

  • Review before confirming. Claude shows you every change before saving it: take the time to check it.

  • Check in Ezus. After a creation or an edit, open the item in Ezus to check the result.
