💡 Your Ezus account must have been connected to Ezus Pay beforehand. If it hasn't, please follow the procedure described in our article ✍️ Activate the Payment Link.
The principle: Ezus Pay creates and manages the payment links, and Ezus displays them in your projects and in your travelers' Client Space.
1. Sync your project with Ezus Pay
Each project must be sent to Ezus Pay in order to be collected online.
In Ezus, open your project, then go to Finances → Sales → Payment links
Locate the banner "Create payment links for this project"
Click "Sync this project with Ezus Pay"
The button switches to loading while the project is being created in Ezus Pay
A confirmation appears and the banner switches to a connected state
Your project now exists as a booking in Ezus Pay, ready to receive payment links.
💡 The banner only appears if your Ezus account is connected to Ezus Pay. If it's missing, contact your account administrator.
⚠️ In the event of a failure (network or server error), nothing is created and an error message is displayed. The banner stays in its initial state: simply click "Sync this project with Ezus Pay" again.
2. Generate your payment link
In your project's Payment links table, click "Manage my payment links." You'll be redirected to the Ezus Pay page corresponding to your project.
Create your link by entering the amount, currency, and payment details:
When you return to your Ezus workspace, the new link appears in your project's Payment links table. The link is securely attached to the relevant project or alternative.
3. Display the link in the Client Space
Once your payment link has been created, choose from Ezus which ones are visible to your client.
Open the settings of your project's Client Space
Go to the Payment links section
Enable the Ezus Pay button: Ezus then retrieves the links generated in Ezus Pay for this project or alternative
Select the link to display
Check the result in the Client Space: your traveler can now access the payment directly from their space
Your travelers can still comment on your trip from the payment window and the "bubbles" button.
Another option: share the link manually
You can also copy the link from Ezus Pay and send it through the channel of your choice: email, WhatsApp, or any other tool.
4. Track your payments
A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as a payment goes through.
For an overview, go to Ezus Pay: there you'll find your completed, upcoming, and overdue collections, with a per-project view and a global view of your portfolio.
5. Keep your project data up to date
After the initial sync, a project's information (name, client, amounts, dates) may change in Ezus. To update it in Ezus Pay:
On the Ezus Pay Bookings page, click "Sync my bookings"
Or use "Resync" on a booking's record to update just that one
⚠️ "Sync my bookings" only updates projects that are already connected, but doesn't import new ones. To add a new project, always go through "Sync this project with Ezus Pay" from Ezus.
If no link appears in Ezus
Check that:
the project is properly synced with Ezus Pay
the payment link was indeed created in Ezus Pay
the Ezus Pay button is enabled in the Payment links settings of the Client Space
you're viewing the right project or alternative
If needed, go back into Ezus Pay to create or edit your links, then refresh the Payment links section in Ezus.
Still using the previous Stripe integration?
The way it works remains unchanged: from your projects' Client Space, you add the "Payment link" action button and enter the amount to be paid directly. The currency and language are those of the project. You receive a confirmation email with each payment, and tracking is done in the Payments tab of Ezus and then in your Stripe Express account.
