Fees and conditions for online payments

Accepted payment methods

With Ezus Pay, your travelers pay by bank card or SEPA transfer.

⚠️ SEPA transfer is only possible in euros (€) and your end client must be based in Europe.

Ezus Pay pricing

There is no single rate: the fee follows the card actually used by your traveler. It varies depending on the network, the card's issuing region, and its type (debit, credit, corporate).

The EEA includes Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.

💡 The United Kingdom is not part of the EEA and has its own pricing structure.

What's changing compared to the previous pricing

The old structure applied a single rate per broad category: 2.5% on any European card, 4% on any non-European card, 1% on SEPA transfers.

Ezus Pay refines this calculation card by card, which significantly lowers the cost of the most common cases:

Which countries are authorized for my agency?

Some payment methods are only available in certain countries:

  • Bank card: available to agencies based in the countries listed here → up-to-date list

  • SEPA transfer: possible if your agency and your client are based in the countries listed here → up-to-date list

Where must my clients be based?

Bank card payment is possible from all countries. SEPA transfer requires a client based in Europe.

How are fees charged?

Each payment from your clients arrives in your payment account, which you can view from Ezus Pay.

You set the frequency of payouts—that is, when the balance of this account is transferred to your agency's bank account. Fees are deducted at that time.

Ezus covers the service setup fees, payout costs, and monthly account management fees.

Still using the previous Stripe integration?

The following pricing continues to apply:

  • 2.5% for a payment by European bank card

  • 4% for a payment by non-European bank card

  • 1% for SEPA transfers

  • 1% additional fee for payments in a currency different from that of your account

Tracking is done in the Payments tab of Ezus, then in your Stripe Express account.
