This automation allows you to easily update and manage your catalogue on Ezus with having to go on the software.
With this Zap you can simply add suppliers by adding a new line at the bottom of the spreadsheet, along with address, contact and custom field information.
Or modify existing data by going to the sheet and updating the relevant row.
1 - Set up a Google Sheet
Make a copy of this sheet.
If you want to use it to add new suppliers you can leave it as is, and once the automation is set up add information straight on the google sheet after creating one example to help test the Zap.
⚠️ If you want to be able to update suppliers be sure to add a unique API_reference in the first column. I would suggest using references that are like this sup-[youragency]-1
If you need to be able to modify existing suppliers contact your account manager so they can give you a prefilled document.
🚨 Remember to save the sheet in the drive associated to your Google account, this will be important in the creation of the automation.
