To invite users on the Contributor, User or Administrator role, you need available paid user slots. If all the user slots included in your subscription are used, you must first add additional slots.

Send an invitation to a collaborator
Click on the Team icon via your Profile in the top right corner or from your Properties at the back on the left part.
Click on the pink button β Add a user.
In the window that opens, fill in your collaborator's email address. This will be the address with which he or she will log in and receive notifications.
Choose a password for your collaborator. They can always reset their password. As this article explains: βοΈ Reset your password.
Then determine his role, depending on the rights you want to give him.

To change the role of the invited person: click on the person's role to change the assigned role.
