You may have forgotten the password you set up when you first logged on to your company's platform. Here is the error you might get if you try to log in with the wrong password:

You need to click on the Forgotten Password button in the login area. All you have to do is enter your e-mail address and you will be able to set up your new password.

It is necessary that the identifier you enter is linked to your Ezus platform.

If you do not receive anything in your mailbox, contact the person in charge of the solution in your company so that he/she can check if you are really present in the Ezus team.

You will need to enter your username again to confirm that the reset email has been sent.

You will then receive an email with a redirection to reset your password. Here is an example below:

By clicking on 'Change my password', a new page will open in your browser, where you will be asked to enter a new password.

Once you have entered the password, click on Save and you can log in again with your password.
