Introduction

At Ezus, we place great importance on the privacy and security of our customers' data. We therefore comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Obligations of Ezus as a data controller

As a processor for our clients, we comply with all obligations set out in Article 28 of the GDPR and have put in place all necessary measures to ensure compliance of our solutions.

Data controller

As a data controller, we collect and process personal data of our customers, suppliers and prospects for the management of our business.

We also use the personal data of the administrators of our solution to communicate with them, to provide them with maintenance and support services, and to provide them with information on developments and news about our software.

We encourage administrators to receive this information in order to benefit from the full functionality of Ezus. We are here to help them better understand our features and make the best use of them.

Your obligations as a data controller

With our software, you will be managing data that is your intellectual property. This same data is information about your customers, suppliers or employees that has rights and you have responsibilities to respect.
For example, you must :

  • Guarantee a right of access (Article 15 of the RGPD): the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller... access to said personal data.
    โ€‹=> At any time, you can perform an export of your data ( โœ๏ธ Article).

  • Acting on the right of rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR): the data subject has the right to obtain from the controller, as soon as possible, the rectification of inaccurate personal data.

  • Delete data via the right to be forgotten (article 17 of the RGPD): the data subject has the right to obtain the deletion of personal data if he/she so requests
    โ€‹=> Depending on the User Role and therefore on your rights ( โœ๏ธ Article) you can delete data directly on your Ezus account.

Security of your data on Ezus

Our servers are hosted in a data centre in Ireland for European accounts and in the USA for our other international accounts. Our provider is none other than AWS (Amazon), which is protected by 24 hour monitoring and we ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches.

Our data center is also EU safe harbor compliant and all our plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. ๐Ÿ”’

Our policy is very strict with regard to data. Your private session is encrypted and protected from any external and internal person.
