A Client Space is a personalized online space where you can bring together the information and content related to a project and share it with your customer.
It gives your customer a single place to access the information you choose to share, such as the project itinerary, maps, documents, Web Pages, external content, payment options, and contact information.
You can configure a default Client Space for your company and then adapt it to the needs of each individual project.
1. What is the Client Space used for?
The Client Space is the customer-facing space where you can organize and present the information related to a project.
Instead of sharing each element separately, you can bring the relevant content together in one place and decide what your customer can access.
Depending on your configuration, a Client Space can include:
The project itinerary
Maps
Documents
Web Pages
External content
Payment options
Contact information
Actions available to the customer
You can also customize its homepage and organize the content into different tabs.
💡 The content of a Client Space depends on how you configure it. You can keep it simple or add more information and features depending on what you want to share with your customers.
2. Configure your default Client Space
Before configuring Client Spaces individually, you can set up a default configuration for your company.
Go to:
Settings > Company
From there, you can configure the default Client Space settings that will serve as the starting point for your Client Spaces.
This is useful if you generally want your Client Spaces to follow the same structure and configuration, as you do not need to start from scratch for every project.
💡 Start by configuring the default Client Space according to the experience you usually want to provide to your customers. You can then adapt the Client Space for a specific project when necessary.
3. Customize your Client Space homepage
A Client Space is made up of a homepage and the tabs you choose to add.
On the homepage, you can configure elements such as:
The cover
Your logo
A homepage description
The destinations displayed for multi-destination projects
The number of participants
Action buttons for comments, custom actions, or payments
You can also configure general settings such as the cover display on smaller screens, the Share button, and advanced scripts.
💡 Start with the homepage before adding other content. It defines the first information your customer sees when opening the Client Space.
🔭 See Customize your Client Space homepage for the complete configuration.
4. Add content with tabs
Tabs organize the information available to your customer.
When adding a tab, choose the type of content you want to display and give the tab a title.
You can add the following types:
Tab type | What it displays |
Planning | The project's itinerary |
Map | Map-related project information |
Iframe | External content embedded in the Client Space |
Documents | Documents you want to share with the customer |
Web pages | Webpages associated with the project |
You only need to add the tabs that are relevant to the information you want to share.
5. Configure customer actions
You can also choose which actions customers can access directly from their Client Space.
Available action buttons include:
Comment
Custom
Payment link
These buttons can be enabled and customized individually.
If you use the Payment link, you can also choose the authorized payment methods available to the customer.

7. Add other features to your Client Space
Depending on what you want to provide to your customer, you can configure additional features.
For example, you can:
Embed external content using an Iframe
Add a Google Maps itinerary
Add a WhatsApp button
Choose which contact information is displayed
Connect your own sub-domain
Each of these features can be configured separately.
🔭 See the corresponding Client Space article for step-by-step instructions.
8. Check your Client Space before sharing it
Before sharing a Client Space with your customer, open it and check the experience from the customer's point of view.
Make sure that:
The cover, logo and homepage information display as expected.
The correct tabs have been added and are in the expected order.
Each tab contains the correct project information.
The appropriate action buttons are available.
Documents, Web Pages and embedded external content open correctly.
Contact information is correct.
Any payment, WhatsApp, map or other features you have enabled work as expected.
The Client Space also displays correctly on a smaller screen.
💡 Use a representative project containing the types of information you normally share with customers. This makes it easier to check the complete Client Space experience before using the configuration with other projects.
