An Iframe allows you to display content from an external website directly inside the Client Space, so your customers can access it without leaving their dedicated space.
1. Add an Iframe tab
To add an Iframe:
Go to your Client Space configuration.
Add a new tab.
Select Iframe as the Type.
Enter the Tab title that will be visible to your customer
Click Add
Add the external content you want to display.
2. Choose the content to embed
An Iframe can be useful when you want to integrate external content into the customer experience instead of simply directing them to another website.
For example, you can use an Iframe to integrate a Google Maps itinerary into the Client Space.
3. Check the Iframe before sharing
Once the Iframe has been added, open the Client Space and check that:
The external content loads correctly.
The tab has the correct title.
The content is easy to use within the Client Space.
It displays correctly on different screen sizes.
⚠️Some external websites may restrict whether their content can be displayed inside an Iframe. If the content does not appear in the Client Space, check whether the external website allows embedding.
