This automation allows you to seemlessly connect your supplier catalogue on Ezus to the one on Hubspot using Zapier.

Bear in mind this automation creates an integration from Hubspot to Ezus, meaning you'll need to centralise this information in Hubspot and not Ezus.

After creating a new zap follow these steps :

Click on Open Untitled Step

Click on New Company

(You can also use Company recently Created or Updated if you wish to keep modyfing Ezus's catalogue with modifications in Hubspot and not just gather the information from new Companies)

Enter your API Key into the API Key Field

If you do not have an API field be sure to look in the settings in the developper"s sections.

If there is none contact your account manager so that they can set this up foryou!

Enter the email and password you use on Ezus

Click on Yes, Continue to Ezus (1.2.0)

Once you have set this up you can now match fields from hubspot to the ones in Ezus. This allows you to chose what information in Hubspot is connected to the ones in Ezus whenever the automation triggers.

You can also add static text if you want certain information to be added everytime this triggers.

Here are a few examples of fields you can set up but you can set up whichever ones you want :

Click on Supplier Reference

Click on Name of the supplier.

Click on Company information: Company name

Click on Type of supplier as defined in Ezus

Click on Type of supplier as defined in Ezus

Click on Website of the supplier

Click on Company information: Company Domain Name

It's also possible to insert custom fields using the information from hubspot. It works similarly as in the rest of the form except you have to define the custom field you are referring to in left part. Click on the plus below to add as many custom fields as you'd like.

Type the technical name of the custom field as defined in Ezus

Then add either static text, or take fields from your hubspot form as in the rest of the form

When your form is ready click on Continue

Check Error is False and Check on Ezus if a New Supplier has been created.

You are all set!

Enjoy the time saved, as now all new suppliers on Hubspot will be added on Ezus automatically.
