How do you manage pricing across several people bases?

Offer your customers a price based on a changing number of people

If you have a new request, and your number of travellers is not precise, and your customer wants to know the price if there are x or y people, you can manage this using the alternatives in Ezus.

You need to start by creating a project in the traditional way, as you are used to doing with the detailed programme. You will start with a base of X people (2 in our example).

You will then create your alternatives:

You can choose to add several alternatives:

You can change the number of alternatives (green box), and associate the right number of people with these alternatives (blue box). You can then click on confirm. You can also change the names of the alternatives by clicking directly on them (orange box).

You can then find them all on the left-hand banner, and navigate from one alternative to another. You can now adjust the budget for the different alternatives to suit the different numbers of people:

Each alternative has its own document space. You can therefore generate different proposals, but also have a general document which includes budget information according to the number of people for all the alternatives (you can find in your template gallery the one called "Itinerary FIT (FR)" which has as its last slide this principle by taking variables from the alternatives )

⚠️ We recommend that you only bill in the main alternative, as only this will be counted in your statistics.

You can change an alternative x to the main alternative here :

And then tick the "Consider as principle alternative" box.
