How to connect your own sub-domain to your Client spaces

💡This feature is only available starting from the Premium plan.

When you create a client space, we generate a default URL in the format docs.ezus.io/

If you'd like, you can customize the URL with your agency's name, for example.

Say you have a domain name: www.travelagency.com
Instead of docs.ezus.io/family-trip-in-italy for your Client Space, you can get the following custom URL: trip.travelagency.com/family-trip-in-italy.

💡 If you're using the multi-brand feature, keep in mind that you can set up as many custom domains as you need. You'll simply need to repeat the steps described below for each subdomain. You'll then be able to assign your custom domains by brand in Ezus.

How to activate this feature?

  1. Choose the sub-domain you want your Client spaces redirected to.

    In the example below:

    Subdomain: trip

    Domain: travelagency.com

  2. Please provide us with your full domain name (for example: trip.travelagency.com)

  3. Log in to your DNS host (OVH, Cloudflare, Ionos, Gandi, GoDaddy, AWS...) and go to the zone reserved for your domain (DNS Zone).

For example, with OVH, you'll need to go to Web Cloud > Domain Names > Add a record.

  4. Add a new record:

  • type CNAME

  • with the name corresponding to your subdomain (In the example below, “ezus” should be replaced with what you defined in Step 1)

  • and the target "in.saascustomdomains.com"

⚠️ Make sure the Proxy is disabled.

All that's left is to let us know so our team can finalize the process on the Ezus side. Then please allow a few moments for the DNS to propagate.

From now on, your future URL links will be created automatically on your subdomain!

💡 Your old urls will still be functional. Your new subdomain and docs.ezus.io/xxx will redirect to the same Client Space.
