Can I choose how detailed my quote is?
Yes. When configuring a quote template, you can choose the level of detail that best suits the document you want to present.
Available levels include:
Detailed quote
Detailed quote without prices
Quotation by activity
Global quote
The information and pricing displayed in the generated quote depend on the selected level.

Can I customize the information displayed in my quote?
Yes. Depending on your quote configuration, you can choose to display additional information such as:
Short descriptions
Notes
Transport dates
Times
Option totals
Some display options depend on the level of detail selected for the quote.

Can I add payment terms and validity information?
Yes. Payment information can be configured from the quote settings.
You can define information such as the payment method, payment terms and validity of the quote.

Can I display my bank details?
Yes. The bottom section of the quote can be configured to display information such as your bank details.
Depending on your configuration, this area can also be used for approval information or left without additional information.

Can I add additional client information to my quote?
Yes. Custom fields can be used to include additional client information when the standard fields do not cover the information you need.
Make sure the corresponding custom field contains information before generating the quote.

How can I display several quantities in a quote?
You can use multiple quantities when a price depends on two values.
For example, an accommodation may depend on:
Number of travellers × Number of nights
Instead of entering the final quantity directly, enter the multiplication:
4*5
Then enable Using multiple quantities (X*Y) in your quote model.
The generated quote can then display the two quantities separately.

Why does my quote show 20 instead of 4 × 5?
If you enter 20 directly as the quantity, Ezus treats it as a single quantity.
If you want the quote to show the two components separately, enter:
4*5
and make sure Using multiple quantities (X*Y) is enabled in the quote model.
⚠️ The order of the two values matters because they are displayed in the corresponding X and Y columns.

Why does one of my multiple quantities show as 1?
When a line uses a simple quantity rather than a multiplication, Ezus treats it as a single quantity.
For example, if the quantity is:
20
it will be represented as:
X = 20
Y = 1
This allows lines with simple and multiple quantities to coexist in the same quote.
Can I use different names for the X and Y quantity columns on each line?
The X and Y column names apply to the quote rather than being configured individually for each line.
When setting up multiple quantities, choose labels that make sense for the different products displayed in the quote.

Can I display the total price of optional products?
Yes. Quotes can display the Total selling price of options.
This is specific to Quotes. Optional product prices are handled differently in proposal templates.
Make sure the corresponding option-total setting is enabled in the quote configuration.
Why isn't an optional product included in the main total?
Products configured as options are treated separately from products included in the main offer.
If you want customers to see the total associated with optional products, enable the Total selling price of options in the quote configuration.
Why is information missing from my quote?
First, check that the information exists in the project.
Then check:
The selected level of detail.
The information enabled in the quote template.
The products and quantities selected for the relevant steps.
Any custom fields used in the quote.
Some information is only displayed when the corresponding quote setting is enabled.

Why is my quote using the wrong level of detail?
Check the template selected when generating the quote and review its configured level.
A quote configured as a Global quote, for example, will not display information in the same way as a Detailed quote.

Why is my custom field empty in the generated quote?
Check that:
The custom field contains a value.
The information has been entered for the correct client or project.
The custom field used in the quote corresponds to the information you want to display.
If the field contains information but remains empty in the generated document, use the Ezus Help Chat so an Ezus team member can check the configuration.
Can I change the text displayed in my quote?
Some text can be configured through the quote template settings, including the available default text and information displayed at the bottom of the quote.
If the text you want to change is not available in the quote configuration, use the Ezus Help Chat to check what is possible with your template.
Why aren't my changes appearing in the generated quote?
If you changed project information, quantities or quote settings after generating the document, generate the quote again to see the updated result.
Also make sure you are generating the document using the correct quote template, particularly if your account contains several quote models.
