A Program block allows Ezus to automatically generate part of your Description using information already available in your project.
Unlike a Page block, where you design the content yourself, the Program block retrieves the relevant elements automatically.
1. Add a Program block
Open your Description template from:
Templates > Documents > Descriptions
Add a Program block where you want the project information to appear in your document.
2. How does the Program block work?
When the Description is generated, Ezus automatically adds the program elements using information from your project and the corresponding Product / Supplier information from your Catalog.
This means you do not need to manually recreate this information in each Description.
💡 Use a Program block when you want project content to be automatically included in the document. Use a Page block when you need a fully customized page with your own layout and variables.
3. Modify the generated information
The elements of the Program block are added automatically when you generate the Description.
If necessary, you can then modify this information directly from the Description page in your project.
This gives you a reusable template while still allowing you to make project-specific adjustments when needed.
