Some products depend on more than one quantity. For example, the total quantity for accommodation may depend on both the number of travellers and the number of nights.
Ezus lets you keep this calculation while displaying the two quantities separately in your quote.
1. Enter multiple quantities in the project
Let's take an accommodation for 4 travellers staying 5 nights.
Instead of entering the final quantity directly as 20, enter the multiplication:
4*5
You can also use affine quantities. For example:
P*n
The quantity cell will then show the breakdown of the calculation.
⚠️ Do not enter 20 directly if you want the quote to display the two quantities separately. Ezus needs the multiplication (4*5) to identify each value.
2. Enable multiple quantities in the quote template
Once the quantity has been entered as a multiplication:
Go to Models > Documents.
Open your Quote template.
Enable Using multiple quantities (X*Y).
Enter the name you want to give to the X column.
Enter the name you want to give to the Y column.
For our 4*5 example, you could configure:

The generated quote will then display the two quantities in separate columns.
⚠️ Make sure the multiplication order matches the column names configured in your template. Otherwise, the values may appear under the wrong headings.
