Your quote template lets you define the payment information that will be communicated to your customers.
1. Configure the payment section
In your quote template, go to the Payment section.
You can configure:
Payment method
Payment term
Validity date
The payment method can also be customized using the ⚙️ settings icon.
2. Set the validity date
The validity date indicates how long the quote remains valid.
When configured, this information is displayed at the top of the quote.
3. Display the payment method and payment term
The selected payment method and payment term are displayed at the bottom of the generated quote.
💡Check that your payment method and terms are up to date before generating a quote, especially when you use several quote templates with different payment conditions.
4. Check the payment information
After configuring your template, generate a quote and verify that:
The correct validity date appears.
The expected payment method is displayed.
The payment term is correct.
The information appears in the expected location.
