Vouchers provide suppliers with the information they need for a project. In Ezus, vouchers are generated as a booklet, with one page for each selected supplier and the products associated with that supplier.
Before generating the booklet, each supplier you want to include must have a reservation number.
1. Prepare your vouchers
Before generating your vouchers, make sure that each supplier you want to include has a reservation number.
The reservation number identifies the corresponding booking and is displayed with the supplier when preparing the voucher booklet.
⚠️ Make sure the reservation numbers are entered before generating your vouchers.
2. Generate the voucher booklet
From your project:
Go to Documents.
Click Generate document.
Select Voucher.
Choose the suppliers you want to include using the Publication option.
Check the reservation number for each supplier.
Click Generate the booklet.
Ezus generates a voucher booklet with one page per supplier. Each supplier's page contains the products associated with that supplier in the project.
💡 Use the Publication option to control which suppliers are included when you generate the booklet.
3. Choose the voucher language
The language of the vouchers is based on the language of the project.
If you need to generate the vouchers in another language, change the project language before generating the booklet.
For example, you can generate one version in English, change the project language, and then generate another version in the required language.
4. Customize your vouchers
Voucher appearance can be configured from the Vouchers settings in the Models tab. You can customize:
Cover image
Title color
Text body color
Online vouchers page logo
These settings allow you to adapt the voucher booklet to your company's visual identity.
5. Choose which logo to display
Under Online vouchers page logo, you can choose between:
Custom logo
Logo of the brand associated with the project
If you select Custom logo, you can import the logo you want to use.
The selected logo appears at the top of the online page your customers see when they scan the QR code on their voucher.
💡 If you work with different brands, select Logo of the brand associated with the project so the logo can correspond to the project's brand.
6. Information displayed at the bottom of the voucher
The bottom of the voucher can display company information such as the address and phone number of your company. If you need to update this information, you can do so in Settings > Company.
