Tabs allow you to structure the Client Space and give customers easy access to the information that is relevant to their project.
You can add several tabs and choose the type of content displayed in each one.
1. Add a new tab
To add a tab:
Go to your Client Space configuration.
Click Add a new tab to the client space.
Select the Type of content you want to display.
Configure the content according to the selected type.
Enter the Title of the tab that will be visible to your customer.
Click Add.
2. Choose the type of content
You can choose between five types of tabs:
Type | Use it to |
Planning | Display the project's itinerary |
Map | Display the project on a map |
Iframe | Embed external content in the Client Space |
Documents | Share documents with your customer |
Web pages | Display webpages associated with the project |
The configuration options available will depend on the type of tab you select.
💡 Give each tab a short and clear title so your customers immediately understand what they will find there.
3. Add the tabs you need
You can add several tabs to build the Client Space according to the project and the information you want to share.
For example, a Client Space could contain:
Your itinerary → Planning
Map → Map
Travel documents → Documents
Your proposal → Web pages
You do not need to add every type of tab. Only include the content that is useful for your customers.
4. Check the result
Once your tabs are configured, check the Client Space from the customer's perspective.
Make sure that:
The tabs appear with the correct titles.
They contain the expected information.
Documents and webpages open correctly.
Embedded content displays correctly.
The order and organization are easy to understand.
