From the Program tab of your project, you build your tailor-made trip by adding steps (the parts of your program) and products (the services invoiced to your client).
To help you work efficiently, Ezus offers four views of this same program.
They all rely on the same data: whatever you add or edit in one view is automatically reflected in the others. Each view is simply a different way of looking at your program, depending on what you're currently doing.
Planning → I organize my program over time, day by day.
Budget → I price my program and manage my margins.
Map → I visualize and share the geography of the trip.
Description → I polish the texts my client will read.
1. The Planning view
The Planning view lets you organize your project over time, by adding your steps day by day in a calendar.
To add a step, click where you want it to appear: a new empty step is created. You can then fill it in directly.
In this view, you can:
Edit the time and date of a step by clicking on it.
Rename the days by clicking the pencil next to the title ("Day 1", "Day 2"…).
Adjust the times of the parts of the day (morning / afternoon / evening).
Customize the sun / moon icons: click on them to replace them with the image of your choice.
At the top left, the – and + buttons add or remove days. Your project dates then update automatically.
💡 Looking for nice custom icons? Take a look at Noun Project.
Finally, the three dots at the top right of the table give you access to preferences & customization. In particular, you can:
Choose whether or not to display accommodations and transportation in the planning.
Change the table colors.
💡 Your planning layout can be reused in the Client Space (if you choose to display your planning there) and in your proposal documents (if a Summary block is added to your Template).
2. The Budget view
The Budget view is the heart of your program's pricing: this is where you edit rates, add products and manage your margins.
To adapt to the way you work, the Budget view itself comes in three sub-views, accessible from the Budget page:
1. The Builder view — useful to see at a glance the content of each step of the program (images, texts in the project language, step category, dates and times, associated products). Steps are grouped by block: Accommodation, Transportation, Activity and Extras.
2. The Steps view — the default view. It displays the step blocks with a day-by-day detail, ideal for quickly finding a day or an accommodation and editing its rates.
3. The List view — useful to get a summary of all the products in the program. It is independent of the steps and is used mainly to filter by supplier, select several products to delete them or update their prices in bulk, and view specific information.

3. The Map view
The Map view brings your program to life geographically. When you add your accommodations and transportation, the addresses saved in your supplier catalog are automatically reported and generate points on the map (via Google Maps).
You can also build your project directly from the map:
Add all your addresses day by day by filling in the fields on the right.
Add new steps without leaving the view.
Customize the icon that appears on the map: click on the step to open the edit panel, then scroll down to "icon" and choose from the available pictograms.
💡 You can share the map with your client via their Client Space, in the Documents tab of your project. It's a great way to give them a clear view of the itinerary.
4. The Description view
This view is available in your account only if you use Descriptions (Google Docs) documents.
The Description view presents your day-to-day program in its written form: it highlights the texts (descriptions of steps and products) rather than rates or dates.
