Whether it's for an itinerary, a voucher, or a roadmap, this feature allows you to create a modern and interactive document accessible on both desktop and mobile – and even exportable as a PDF.

📌 Prerequisites

  • This feature is not activated by default.

  • You must request activation from your Customer Success Manager or your Ezus account owner.

  • A custom HTML template needs to be installed by our team to get started.

🚀 How to Generate a Web Page

1. Go to Your Project

From your project list, open the one you wish to generate a document for. In our example: Trip in Greece.

Make sure your program is complete with all relevant information (activities, transport, accommodation, etc.).

2. Navigate to the “Documents” Tab

Click on Documents at the top menu, then choose the type of document you want to generate.

Select the Web Page option.

3. Choose a Template & Name Your Web Page

Once “Web Page” is selected, choose one of the available HTML templates (added to your account by Ezus).

Then, give your page a custom title.

4. Open & View the Generated Web Page

After generation, click the icon of the created document to preview your Web Page.

It will open in a new browser tab and display your project details such as destination, itinerary, accommodation, transport, and more.

A PDF export option is also available directly via the "Export to PDF" button.

⚙️ Advanced Customization

  • Web Pages are customizable using dynamic variables.

  • You can request the addition of extra fields or template adjustments tailored to your brand.

  • Generated pages are responsive, designed for desktop, tablet, and mobile viewing.

  • PDF export can also be configured to meet your layout and formatting needs.
